They are good sneakers and I usually get this brand, my laces never stay tied. They are nylon I think. If you could deal with that it is a great purchase

Apparently this is little known in retail, but some of us workers scan sites to find comfortable shoes that might blend in with business — i.e, tennis type shoes that the boss can’t complain too much over. This is a good choice for such a need.

I’d worn out a couple of pairs of New Balance 621s New Balance Men’s MX621 Training Shoe and found these. My kids have had velcro-strap type shoes and I wondered if they were made in adult sizes. Lo and behold, here they are. The tongue does wag a little bit, but overall these shoes have excellent support and are easier to adjust than the lace-up New Balance 621s I had before. I added a couple of heel cups Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups, Large (Over 175lbs) and I was all set. Well, I added some Thorlo tennis socks Thorlo Unisex Thick Cushion Tennis Crew Sock for good measure. I mashed my foot this past spring and needed a shoe with support and these shoes are ideal. I’ve played tennis in them and they can be adjusted tight enough for activities. It’s a little funky to see adult size velcro-strap shoes, but I’ve always been one to favor function over appearance. I’m very happy with these shoes.

These are very comfortable as soon as you get them. The problem is that after 6 months of wearing them they begin to fall apart. Yet, I keep coming back and buying them every 6 months because as long as they’re in good shape they’re some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I just wish they were a better value.

I deliver mail for a living so I usually walk somewhere between 5 and 15 miles a day, every day, 6 days a week, no matter what. These shoes withstand quite a beating. And they’re without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. The way it is constructed, the shoe eases your natural stride, so it actually makes you walk more quickly and efficeintly, not to mention much more comfortably. The velcro is nice for me because I can’t exactly put down 20 or 30 pounds of mail to tie a shoelace that might be rain-soaked anyway. If you work on your feet all day, I cannot honestly give you a better recommendation than this shoe.
